The Alberta Pressure Vessel Manufacturers' Association (APVMA), was
formed in 1987 by members of Alberta's pressure vessel and heat exchanger
manufacturing industry to provide a forum for communications, discussion
and action on issues concerning the industry.

- The 4th Annual "Partnership for Strength" (15th Annual APVMA Tournament)
will be held at the Innisfail Golf Course on August 12, 2008.
- The APVMA’s 3rd Annual "Partnership for Strength" (14th Annual APVMA Tournament)
was held at the Innisfail Golf Course on August 14, 2007. Through the generous donations of golfers, an auction for a donated flat screen television and a sponsored contest, $3,750 was donated which was matched by the APVMA for a total of $7,500. This money was matched by the CN Miracle Match as part of the LPGA tournament held in Edmonton just after the APVMA Tournament, so the final donation made by the APVMA and it’s partners to the Stollery Children’s Hospital in Edmonton was $15,000. Well done everyone!
- The next meeting
will be held on October 6, 2008 at the Nisku Inn in Edmonton.
The meeting starts at 1:30 p.m.
